Short Holiday

Last july, I had holiday for two weeks. I visited my friend’s granmother’s house in Palembang. My friend’s name is Yanti.
We went there on friday at 11.00 a.m by bus. We arrived there on Sunday at 01.00 p.m. because we felt tired, then we took a rest.
At night, I could not sleep because many mosquito. Then I asked mosquito regelent to my friend. After that, I could sleep well.
In the morning we went shopping in the market. We bought food. The taste was very delicious. On the way home we met Yanti’s friend. Yanti introduced Dony to me.
We stayed in Palembang for eight days. On Friday morning, we went back to Jogja. I was very happy with holiday because I got a new friend.

Yogyakarta

Yogyakarta is located on Java Island but far from Jakarta. It is near the center of Java. It has five regency, that is Kulon Progo, Bantul, Gunung Kidul, Sleman, Yogyakarta. It has many buildings. So, it has many tourist resorts, that is Selarong cave, Cerme cave, Parangtritis beach, Depok beach, Samas beach, Gelagah Indah beach, Prambanan temple, Ambarukmo plaza etc. It famous for food, the name “Gudeg Jogja”, the taste is sweet, and there is food that make from coconut, the name “Geplak”, the taste sweet too. The temperatur on Yogyakarta is hot. The people who live at Yogyakarta so friendly and helpfull. Yogyakarta popular with student town.
